‘Irreplaceable’ beauty, Beyonce Knowles cannot wait for Christmas - because she gets to gorge on
festive food.

The singer also blasted Hollywood’s current trend for
super-thin actresses, insisting Christmas food is too delicious to miss out
on because of a diet.

She is quoted by Britain’s Daily Star newspaper as saying: “People are
obsessed with skinny girls at the moment. I’m going to be eating for America
over Christmas to get some more junk in my trunk. So raise a glass and toast
for me, people.”
The 25-year-old lost 13lbs in 10 days on a liquid-only diet for her role in
‘Dreamgirls’ but admits she has been having a good time re-gaining the
weight.
She said: “OK, I lost a lot of weight for ‘Dreamgirls’. But I sure am
enjoying putting it all back on.”

In other news, Beyonce has admitted she wants to marry Jay-Z.
The singer-and-actress, who has been dating the rapper for around four years, has been inspired to tie the knot by her parents, Matthew and Tina, who have been happily married for 27 years.
As well as getting married, Beyoncé also wants to have a baby with Jay-Z.
She told Parade magazine: “Of course I want to get married. My parents have been married for 27 years, and they’re still in love. That’s a great example for me. I know it’s possible. I think about the future, I want to have a family. I want to be happy.”
The singer, who was wrongly reported to be planning to wed Jay-Z on a yacht in the Caribbean earlier this month, also insists family and friends are the most important thing in her life, not fame and money.
She added: “I know what happiness is. It’s family and friends, love, focusing on the positive things and appreciating how wonderful life is. I’ll always have that even if everything else, my films and music, went away. I know how blessed I am.”

Beyonce is determined to not allow her vast fame and fortune go to head and ruin her life, carefully trying to maintain something of a normal lifestyle.

“I think I am past needing celebrity,” she told US publication Parade. “I don’t want to feel the void I see in a lot of celebrities - the unhappiness underneath the smile.

To help make her performances lively, Beyoncé has created an onstage persona which, unlike her real self, is strong, aggressive, sassy and sexy!

Dreamgirls star Beyoncé Knowles has shared the secret of her lively onstage performances with Parade’s Dotson Rader for their forthcoming issues, reports PageSix.

“I become someone else when I’m onstage. I call that stage persona ‘Sasha’.”

In real life she differs considerably from her on stage persona. “I wouldn’t like Sasha if I met her off stage.” She’s “too aggressive, too strong, too sassy, too sexy! I’m not like her in real life at all. I’m not flirtatious and super-confident and fearless like her. What I feel onstage I don’t feel anywhere else. It’s an out-of-body experience. I created my stage persona . . . so that when I go home, I don’t have to think about what it is I do. Sasha isn’t me. The people around me know who I really am.”

Beyonce Knowles has told how she was “terrified” ahead of an audition for a new movie based on The Supremes.

The singer and actress won a part, based on soul singer Diana Ross, in a new film inspired by the band - but only after a make-or-break session with its director.

“I was terrified, which worked out great because I was supposed to be 16,” she said, explaining she is obsessed with the songstress. “My whole trailer is covered in her pictures.”

Bill Condon told the Daily Mail it was only her performance that convinced him to recruit Beyonce. “I looked at everything she’d done on film, and I still didn’t have the answer about whether she could do it or not,” he explained. “Because what no-one wanted was a Beyoncè Ross.”
